Can I brag for a minute? RentPros team is the best! I love my yearly walk-through with Adele! She is extremely kind and overachiever. Plays by the rules. I even let Adele, know you don't have to wear your face mask and boot shocking and she all "it's for your safety and mine!" most would blame it on the company rules and she never did, I appreciate you, for letting me know. Adele, even remembers I have my morning meetings from 8 am to 8:30 am. She knocked so peaceful that I almost left her outside ! She is not, afraid to do her duties and open your cabinets. MAHALA is literally the kindest person, I've ever met. There was a hornet nest in my stairwell, where I live. I am highly allergic to bees and she called and had someone out immediately. Or when the microwave broke, she kept me updated through the whole process on whether they were going to fix or replace it. It was replaced quickly. And when the AC was acting up, a repair guy came out, the next day. Shout out to JEN Jen for helping me through the whole process when my unit flooded! Honestly, I cried. I wasn't sure what was going to happen. I had so many Machines all around my house! Jen, made sure everything was taken care of, and booked all crazy appointments! LISA, is a rock star! During COVID, my hours got cut and I wasn't sure if I would have been able to afford my rent. I reached out to Lisa with my concern, and she gave me a LOT OF helpful resources! She worked with me. Made sure anything I need she got! Even though the no, eviction order was in place, they didn't want me to fall behind and knew they knew how to help. And Made sure. STEVE, is the best. He will argue and fight a firm fight! He does not, back down. He sticks up for what is right and makes a difference! Being a single mom, and leaving my marriage alone with a kid wasn't easy! It was a scary time in my life. RentPros team held their end of the deal! Thank you, for the supportive team you have! I highly recommend RentPros and their helpful staff. Ben and Mary specifically helped make the process of renting my new place extremely easy and no hassle whatsoever. The entire staff are all very professional and are always able to respond to any emails or texts in a fast timely manner. You won’t have to deal with waiting around all day for a response from them, and can easily give them a call, and expect an answer right away to help with whatever you may need. I recently switched to Rent Pros from another Sacramento area property manager. I couldn't be happier with that decision. I had a tenant that was using the newly created eviction freeze to not pay rent. The current rent was only $1250 for a newly renovated condo in a decent area. The original property manager couldn't find out how to remove the tenant legally. I was also tired of getting my monthly financial reports up to 8 weeks late. Since Switching at the start of the year to Rent Pros, the original tenant was removed legally, all renovation have been completed, new tenants have been there for a few months now, and financial reports and payments have been on time. I am going to have Rent Pros manage another property I have once that contract is fulfilled. Thanks Rent Pros.
