What an beautiful community! All the homes are well kept and the facilities are second to none! Experienced a wonderful lunch and had great conversation with Ida, the concierge person, when we walked in. She is an absolute delight! Such an asset to the club and community!

Yes, recommend calling or stopping by the office at the Lodge. Let them know how long you expect to have the Pod in your driveway. Good opportunity to introduce yourself, ask any questions. Most important; Welcome! Your going to love it here.

Yes, as long as it's in your private space. As a example: your fenced in back yard. Open space backyards have different guidelines. Highly recommended that you stop by our beautiful Lodge and go to the administration office, ask for Ryan or Lori. They will provide all the information you are looking for. One thing I can personally assure You, this is a wonderful development to live in. Very nice welcoming residents and a vast array of activities you can enjoy. Hope this helps
