I would like to give a big shout out to Joe the manager at Under Armour at the Aurora Outlet Mall. Long story short: bought football cleats for my son online , they didn’t fit, had issues returning them back online..Joe said:”bring them to our store and I will refund this for you!” That’s exactly what he did. Under Amour is lucky to have a leader like Joe. I was completely done with Under Armour because of my online experience; because of Joe I will keep Under Armour on my shopping list and more than likely will spend a lot of $$ there in the future.
