Don't try returning ANYTHING at this store!! Never had such a horrible return experience. Shoes i returned were brand new in box with receipt. Manager is a total D!CK!

The staff at Merrell were extremely helpful. Between my wife and myself, we purchased three pair of shoes. Sales associate went above and beyond with finding several different types of shoes for me to try on. She was not only patient with me but made different suggestions on size, styles and fit - beyond helpful!! and they are some of the most comfortable shoes I've tried. They're just that comfy. Make your feet happy. they have wide selection of boots too. It is a great place for shoes that are needed for a special purpose- like sporty shoes good travelling shoes, even for hiking shoes. It is the place for men to find the lightweight hiking boots they've been looking for find them easily when they need them.
