I have used these guys for years. When I used to go Downtown Chicago, I'd leave a little early to stop-over at the Downers Grove store on my way home. I didn't even know there was an Aurora location. Now, it is very convenient. I need about three parts a year it seems. This time, my furnace would come on, run three minutes, but wouldn't stay on or heat. The last time, I paid a tech an hour in labor and part mark-up for a five-minute flame sensor replacement. In fairness, he cleaned it up nice, too. This time, I assumed it had been five or six years; it was probably the same part. I told Automatic exactly what was happening when the thermostat sent a signal, and the gentleman behind the counter said he thought it would be the surface igniter, because there wasn't any flame in even the first burner, and it clicked three times over the course of a minute or so before shutting down and locking. Of course the flashing binary was just the lockout. When I looked inside the furnace, he's right. That was it! The top half of the igniter was missing. Again, a 10-minute, single screw, replacement.

Warning. Many of the parts are not returnable so be sure you know in advance. Very disappointed in their policy. I would never have purchased there if I knew that was the policy.
