DO NOT BUY YOUR FLOORING HERE!!!! We bought our flooring from the Roseville store, and initially had a great experience with one of the sales associates whose normal store he told us is the Sacramento location. Upon pick up of the product several boxes had been damaged and the overall packaging of the pallet of boxes was a complete mess. We let the manager (Jeff, he's the one with the ponytail) know that there were a lot of damaged boxes and we could even see the damaged flooring through several of the ripped boxes. He shrugged us off and said he would only note 2 boxes for us, which is an extremely low number for the 10+ boxes that were clearly broken. He never did follow through and get us the two he "noted". We decided to install the flooring ourselves, however after struggling with the click lock mechanisms of the planks for several weeks, breaking many of the pieces in this process, and in addition some of the flooring we managed to get installed started to buckel and pop up. My partner who works in tool manufacturing used a digital calibration tool to measure the receiving parts and rails of the click lock mechanisms. To our surprise we found that the flooring edges that are suppose to fit together to hold the boards in place varried by a couple of millimeters. We determined that we had been sold two different sets of floor boards due to what we can only assume was a manufacturing or vendor change. This was extremely frustrating by itself because we had spent a significant amount of time trying to install our floor. But on top of all that when we brought this to the attention of the store manager (Jeff from before) completely dismissed us, dismissed this issue, and basically told us this wouldn't get resolved. He had no interest or intentions of standing by the product he sold us or just simply acting as an advocate for us to the vendor or manufacturer to try to get a resolution. We even went back into the store to show him the differences in the floor boards so he would have a better understanding and could communicate the issue to the vendor or manufacturer. But when we tried to speak to him and show him the product, again we were ignored dismissed and told this issue probably won't get resolved. We were even blamed for waiting so long to install it, as if from the time we picked up the flooring to the time of installation the flooring magically changed dimensions in their boxes. Not to mention circumstances for when we could install it were out of our hands. We ended up reaching out the manufacturer ourselves due to the lack of initiative from this place. The manufacturer provided great customer service and agreed that this was an error on their end and provided us a very quick and reasonable solution.
