I was charged $58 to go 5 miles to the airport. They do not use meters like there supposed to! The day before I took a cab almost the same distance and the cost was $12. I called to make a complaint and the driver answered and said he was the owner. They do not have a dispatch or a reputable company. I would advise you DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Read all the reviews! All the 5 stars are foreign people he probably knows. There are no American people who rated him well! The car was not what those people said it was and his Driving was fast and terrible! Call a reasonable company who charges a fair rate.

We made an appointment the night before, received a confirmation and were told we were all set. Next morning we stood around waiting for 10 minutes and when we called we were told they had no cabs and no estimate for when we could get one, despite having to get to the airport to catch our flight. They have no interest in helping you and apparently no desire to make it right. We were able to flag down a random cab so we got lucky but only just.

I should've walked. I requested service. The guy came and demanded money upfront. I asked got a flat rate he pulls out his phone after arguing. Thr van stunk. he wad rude af. We almost fought. He drove reckless as hell. He almost got lost all while using GPS. First and last time for me. Please people run far away from this company. I would rather walk.

Horrible. I work for a business and we needed to call a client a taxi. They stated they would be here within 10 minutes, our customer waited in our place of business nearly 2 hours. We called them back to get an ETA, extremely unprofessional and hung up on one of my employees. I would NOT recommend this service at all!We sent the cab to the busuness.
