We needed to ship something before flying home so we went inside and was told they were short staffed and needed to wait until noon (30 min) so we waited in car. Came back inside only to be told their system had been down for last 2 days! SERIOUSLY And to make matters worse it was the GM that had us wait! She should be ashamed! We wasted 30 min for NOTHING! Could have been with family before flying out! Do better!! Would have left no stars if possible!

Offer services online and then when you call to ask about the services they claim to have online, the woman who answered literally laughed as if I was asking a ridiculous question. Office Depot it is!!!!

Arabia gave absolutely excellent service in the marketing department. He was extremely efficient, and help me to understand how to effectively give him the right file so that my product would look great. I will always come back to the store!
