We always get excellent service at this UPS store at Village Commons in West Palm Beach, FL. NIDA, the general manager is amazing. She is extremely kind, helpful and professional. She always has a smile on her face. She is wonderful!

I was there on a weekday, there was no wait. All I had to do was drop off a package. The employee scanned the QR code from my phone, printed out a receipt and handed it to me. It took less than 2 minutes.

I went today to bring a package with a day saver label, from a company that pays 100 of thousands on shipping with ups, I waited in line for 20 min just to ask if my package will be delivered next day and what time, the young man told me I was paying for the cheapest label for next day with a weird voice tone, so I pointed on the label a 1P symbol and asked if that means will get there before or at 1 pm , he said it will get there after 1 pm - probably any time during the afternoon from 1 pm to 8-10 pm . I told him if he could help me to update this label so my package will arrive before 1 pm -he said I would have to do it my self and also pay 2.50 to print the new label. My phone turned off during the process of paying for the second label, I was dissatisfied because I had already paid 45 dlls for 0.5 pound. But not only that , he couldn’t update and charged to my account, but also was suggesting to pay another label and also 2.50 of printing this new label. I asked if he could scan a bar code and he said I will have to look for that option my self, he didn’t try to help or a anything , even thought the line was gone and I was the only one in the store, at the end I got home and track the package - And figure it out my packed label was paid to be delivered between 10-1 pm!!!!! What is infuriating is the poor Knowledge of labels warranty time in the location! I was so frustrated because only if he knew, checked or answer correctly I wouldn’t have wasted 1 hour trying to make sure my package was delivered before 1 pm. Also the poor costumer service not to help me out . And the derogatory tone pointing out I paid for the cheapest label on the next day delivery option… was not needed. His coworker mention: he doesn’t care too much about money! I wonder then, why he is working and how unnecessary is his comment, when the gas is over 5 dlls a gallon, food is expensive and wage hourly keeps been the same!! Yes I do work for an amazing company and wanted to save money for them even thought we make millions a month! Is just the right thing to do for the business i work for ! I don’t really want to come back there! Was not a good experience just for DROPPING OFF A BOX!!!
