Called for a quote and rep asked me for my level of education, MY GENDER (not pronouns), for my employers information and then my social... however, he didn’t ask for any information that actually mattered, like my license for my driving history... what I want on an actual policy etc... I’m rather disgusted that everything asked had nothing to do with insurance! If you want a censuses done on you opposed to actually getting a quote welp call Progressive!

Charged me for a month that was after I cancelled policy. Charge was more than what my payment would have been. customer service said I wouldn’t have to pay other than the payment I had going through for the rest of the month.
