Wonderful park with functioning mineral spring that you can try! Really enjoyed this springs water the best of all in Manitou. Great signs with information and park sculptures and architecture was pretty.

As far as everything but the water goes this is probably the nicest spring to hang out around and have lunch at the gazebo or whatever. it is very nice. sunwater spa is beautiful and so is the mini red rock amphitheater and sculptures. there is plenty of the FREE parking most days and a short walk to downtown Manitou... as far as the water goes.... this stuff is the real deal. all the springs are. all of the springs are massively alkaline and have legitimate amounts of minerals like magnesium and potassium as well as random trace minerals that aid in basic human function. drink on an empty stomach. this stuff is so alkaline that if you eat with food it will dilute your stomach acid and impede the digestive process. if you're thinking about a water fast or some other healing protocol involving minerals and alkalinity then look no further. 7 minute is the easiest to park at and fill up by far. at night twin spring is easy but that's it. enjoy the waters. they are a powerful healing tool if you know how to use them but they are also a great day trip trying all of the different springs with the different flavors and fizz factor.

Really cool the city upkeeps this and other natural springs. The history of this and the others is really interesting. This spring is by far the best tasting of them all.

Its a public spot so as long as you don't mind the other visitors coming and going , it's also a small area so depends on your group and you could probably bring your own ordained individual or ask at the Springs welcome center they have the town council and police all right there and they are really helpful
