Adam’s Mountain Cafe was the perfect place to stop for brunch after visiting Garden of the Gods on our way to Historic Manitou Springs. So glad they offer vegan options. I got the vegan breakfast bowl, and my hubby got the vegan French toast. They also offer other vegan dishes like vegan French onion soup which I would have ordered if it was also gluten free.

There food is really good 😍. I loved the ambience too. I’m vegan and they do have really good vegan options. I had Vegan Avocado Toast and Whole Grain Pancakes.

Amazing food and service. Delicious vegetarian dishes, Senegalese Veggies and Thai noodles. Its hard to find food this good, and good for you, in Colorado. Super delish!! — and our desserts completely hit the spot (Toffee sticky pudding and banana foster donuts). Great spot and very friendly staff!

Had never been there and just happened to stop in for a quick cup of soup. What a great surprise ! Food was unique, scratch made, and delicious. Customer service was great , as well. We will be going back to try something else. They also have great vegetarian options, and more.

2 large dining rooms, free parking. Right off the main road.
The original location was 733 Manitou.
We do not use any egg replacer. Instead we use other plant based recipes made in house.
