Drive through experience: we could not hear the person taking the order. Took forever, and they order was wrong! They are advertising the New grilled tomato pesto Sandwich and we asked for one and the answer was: "we don't have it" Angry, absolutely angry!

As a lifelong lover of Dunkin, I was beyond excited when we got a store down here. That was until I actually went there. Every time I have gone, either they are out of something I’ve ordered, drive through menu is wrong or order is completely messed up. This last time, I ordered a large iced vanilla cold foam. Cruising down the road, I picked up my beverage , excited for the cold foam yummy, to get a mouthful of what tasted like straight iced tea. This was my final straw. I’ll never go back to this location again. I work too dang hard to waste my $ at a location that CLEARLY doesn’t care! Beyond thankful Dutch Bros has opened! Take notice Dunkin, your customers are leaving and the above is why….

Usually I'm not a fan of Dunkin just because of a preference for homemade coffee, but my kids love coming here with me in the morning to get frozen hot chocolate and their sandwiches before school. There is one manager there that goes by Monica and Everytime we pull up she has had a smile that you can see regardless of the mask and is always very friendly to my kids. They enjoy going here sometimes just to say hi. The Dunkin on Fountain Mesa Ridge Parkway.

Sad to say that this particular location has gotten increasingly worse. I keep giving it another try but today’s the last time. I ordered a frappuccino and ended up with a cup of blended ice. Disappointing.
