The nurse that saw my daughter once we were checked in really knows how to speak to children. She made my daughter feel comfortable, under the circumstances. The hospital isn't a place I want to go. When I do, this is my first option. Thank you all for your good care!

My husband went to the ER on Friday night, waited 4 hours to be seen and was treated by an physician that was unempathetic or helpful. He has MS and was in immense pain. Treated as though he was only there for pain medication and not tested for COVID. He tested positive at home and is having a severe exacerbation.

In the past I would have rather gone to a veterinarian to get my urgent Care. In all fairness, they just treated my son really well. The nurses were cool, as well as the knowledgeable physicians assistant. This was finally a good visit. 4th try was a charm! Thanks for the treatment and referral.

UPDATED: I spent 2 days in the hospital (Penrose) with pneumonia, a very serious illness this place managed to miss! I should have listened to the reviews. The staff were friendly (always a plus) & the process was quick (but too quick). I went with a handful of symptoms and was having a very difficult time breathing. They told me my oxygen levels were fine numerous times but I wondered because I'd gone through so much of my emergency inhaler (about 100 puffs in 2 days). Told them all my symptoms a few times and they said "Sounds like Covid, but we don't test for that here unless you're getting hospitalized". Odd. Got sent home after maybe 20 min with Prednisone & "hope you feel better!" Spent the next 2 days in bed, too weak to move and not enough oxygen to even go to the bathroom without getting excruciatingly winded. Finally went to a real emergency room as my condition was obviously worsening & the moment I walked in I was placed on oxygen and wheeled to the back where they performed multiple tests, kept me on oxygen, and tried to help me get back to breathing on my own. 4 hours later and I'm still here but already feeling a little better! Will never ever return to that er unless it's the last one on earth! If I hadn't gone to a real hospital, I don't know what would have happened.
