Not sure if there is new management here or not but this was the best Popeyes experience I ever had! They have a brand new menu that looked very nice compared to most restaurants around. The workers were very polite. My chicken sandwich was like an inch thick and super juicy. They added real cheese and baked the Mac and cheese??? I was so shook! The stop was less than 6 minutes when before I used to have to park and wait 20 mins for a chicken sandwich. Even the drinks tasted fresh like you can tell you clean the ice machines and spouts. Thank you!

Quality has gone hill. Had 4 cars in front of me at drive through and waited almost a half an hour. Ordered a 10 piece family meal and Chicken was dry and cold. We ordered 50/50 spicy regular. Didn't get anything that resembled spicy. Was very disappointed. Not worth $30.00 that was for sure. Never going back either. Safeway deli has better chicken and for a 1/3 of the cost.

We waited for about 55 minutes from the time we ordered to the time we got our food. We stood in line at about the 35 minute mark to see if we could get a refund, but the food actually came before we could get to the register. Once we got our meals, they told us all of their spicy strips were frozen, so we got mild instead. It was rather confusing, because we heard them state “dropping spicy strips” and “pulling up the spicy strips” at least 3 times each as we waited. The drive-through definitely got priority. There is a sign hanging up in the lobby that says something to the effect of “with a nationwide workers shortage please be kind to the one who show up.” That didn’t feel like the the case this evening, since there was time for most of the staff to stand staring into the lobby or scroll on their phones for a few minutes at a time.

I had a great time eating at this restaurant. The staff was really nice. The atmosphere was awesome. And most importantly, every food and drink on the menu tasted great!
