I have been going to this particular store for the past 3-5 years. Our eating experience has been declining steadily also. Tonight my husband stopped and spent over $23 for 2 hot and ready pizzas. 1 was cheese and the other was pepperoni. When he got it home both pizzas were cold and hard as rocks. I will not go back.

I waited 15 minutes for a lunch combo and when it was ready, I see an employee from the back throw my pizza out to the front. The pizza hit the counter and fell on the floor and the employee that threw the pizza did not pick it up nor did she acknowledge it. It was picked up and played with by the cashiers without gloves and they had the audacity to say “the pizza didn’t fall out of the box”. I was frustrated with the wait and just decided to leave the building with this garbage.

Ordered online. Pizza was very undercooked and super unevenly "cut." I say that because we had to cut it at home because the cheese was barely cut through. The staff was nice enough. Unfortunately probably the worst pizza I've ever received anywhere. You can see that the bottom of the pizza is virtually dough.
