Although I believe this location is one of the neatest B&N locations in the state, but the customer service was negative one on the scale of one to ten. Caught multiple eyes from many floor associates but wasn’t greeted or approached. I did have interactions with some floor associates, they were saying “excuse me” while walking by.

Store is rather small for Woodbury. Only one story. Has a minimalist and modern vibe. Not the biggest selection on offer; I would have thought it’d be a super store.

Going to go back and look at 3 different self help tax books then decide what one to buy! Thankfully though all three have to be sent to store from there ware house I will only have to buy one...if it has what I'm looking for in it! This is what I call great costumer help!

Have to admit it's been 20 years since I have been to a bookstore. Lbs so I guess I really don't have anything to compare it to. Staff was curious helpful and polite when answering questions. So those are the basis of my rating.
