Do not take your car there for Amp installation. They messed up my car and now I can’t even drive my new car anymore, it makes very loud noises every time I hit the gas pedal. They just lack the knowledge to do anything at all. After I asked multiple times loudly that I needed to talk to their manager, they all started attacking me verbally. They were extremely rude. I tried to defend myself but they were like a gang with lots of tattoos. They finally called this “Chang Yang” character and not only he didn’t apologize for the inconvenience that they caused me he didn’t even offer to solve the problem. Instead he asked me to leave the store because I was mad. If they ruined anyone else’s car they would have been as mad if not more. This is just unacceptable. Where is the customer service. There was a time that stores used to stand behind their service and would thrive to deliver a good service. Now they just hire incompetent people even as managers. If they would have even apologized I would have been ok with that but nothing! Shame on Best Buy to hire such people. I understand there is a shortage in workers but seriously?!

Stopped in to purchase a camera today and I had no idea where to start. Rich in the camera department approached me as soon as I walked up. He was professional, walked me through pros and cons of several different models, and ultimately helped guide me to the camera that was right for me. I appreciated how easy he made the experience and how willing he was to help.

This Best Buy had things that we need at home. We stopped by quickly to get our items even when we did not have time to look around to grab what we needed. We showed the item on our phone. The staff were friendly and made it quick for us to find the item we needed! We made a purchase and go! Thank you for making it easier for us!

They might as well take all the phones out of the store because employees never answer lol you’ll be talking to a robot for at least 30 mins then it’ll hang up on you. I’ve been to this location multiple times and see employees standing around and no one can answer a phone? Good customer service guys 👍

Well i know for a fact they are taking phone calls for several other bestbuys stores. They are just really busy.
Hi Gloria, looks like your printer uses the 414A (or X gorgeous more prints) toners. Best Buy typically carries these in stores, but just like most things, some colors may be out of stock. Looks like the Oakdale, MN BB does have the black and magenta in stock as of right now, but are out of stock in store for the blue and yellow. Office Max or Staples are great places to check for toner/ink as well as they typically have more quantities in stock.

They can get everything installed you would need for a new FM radio from scratch. Just you, your car, and keys.

They sure do! If they dont have a handset you like they can show you an expanded selection and order one in for you as well
