Your customer swept part of this germ filled laundry mat. Seriously there’s zero excuse as a business owner to let a place for the public be how this place is, charge $6 for loaders that aren’t even close to sanitary let alone washing properly even if they do “work”. Thank god for the store worker and understanding she was great and let me sweep at least. Please care more, it does effect people. Especially when the loaders don’t heat up or wash. I am also on a budget and when you need to hunt for the working loaders and dryers it’s not okay. Stuff happens but this place screams I don’t care. If you continue to do business poorly, the more your customers won’t care about it & this place will never succeed. Someone should be here daily at least once to ensure the place is even in open running condition. It’s not even close to sanitary. Can’t wait for the day a owner of this place cares.

No helps when need it. Very Dirty on the weekend/ quarter machine doesn’t work on 3 machine. The e pay dryer #15 #16 doesn’t have start button on how to operates when pay with card. Lost $4 on the dryer machine 6/12/22.

If I could give this place negative 10 stars I would ! Dirty, smelly, completely unkempt, and to top it alllll off the dryer BURNED my load ! Almost started on fire. I open the dryer and smoke was pouring out of it. Burn marks allllll over my load!!! Now I have to replace everything! AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!
