Very fun spot. Spent a little bit of time here just to check it out. Has the whole gambit of usual games. Most importantly they have TIME CRISIS. Which these days is not everywhere. We didn't do it but they have a big VR setup which looked like fun. Didn't bowl but looked like lots of lanes. Only downside was the arcade "hallway" space is crowded but it's certainly not a reason to drop a star. I would go back.

So the atmosphere is charged and full of energy!.. always like to see kids laughing, running to the next game in hopes of winning enough tickets to buy the biggest toy..awesome environment! The VIP area is a good place to be and the food and beverages are good enough.. go enjoy yourself with the kids or your other !

Not great! Got there around 5:15, and the place was mostly empty. Wanted to bowl, and the guy said that we'd have to be in the VIP lanes (even though the OTHER lanes, the cheaper lanes, were 100% empty--see photo). Fine. It's $35, but he says it's actually $38, even though the sign behind him says $35--see photo! His response was, "Yeah, I dunno. You'll have to check with management about that". Seriously? We get into the VIP lanes, (the more expensive ones), and the place is RUN down and in disrepair--see photo! Um... why are you charging more for this? The BEST part of the day (and the reason for the extra star) was Jeff in the arcade who gave AMAZING customer service after our PINZ card went missing. Bravo for GREAT customer service in a place which has forgotten what that is. (Oh yeah, and the bartender was pretty nice too.)

This was our first time as a family to PINZ and we had a really great time. Some good memory making. It did feel a little expensive, but worth it in the end. Great customer service on the phone and in-person. Special shout out to the young man who was working in the arcade with the prizes. He was very attentive and helpful -- especially since this was our first time, we had lots of questions :) Giving the ambience 4 stars, only because there was a lot of trash outside in the parking lot area.

PINZ is typically open 7-days a week. Pricing varies depending on the day of the week, but you can reserve a lane ahead of time and it will show you the pricing and availability: https://bowlmn.com/LaneRes01
Depends on what package you choose. The type of food as well. There are a lot of options.
8 dollars per person or 400 tokens!
It depends on what you want to do when you get there. I also think it depends on the date and number of people in your party. I would check their website for pricing.
Not sure but we just got new owners..Triple Shift Entertainment..u could google that and that might help..
I'm not sure about the bowling fees but the arcade/games and bars are free.
Yes, But there are open lanes.
Mon-Fri: Before 5, it's $20. Mon-Thur: After 5, it's $25 Fri: After 5, it's $30 Those are hourly prices, per lane. They also list special prices on their web site for groups, and an "All you can bowl" price for individuals (min 3 people per lane) for $11 Sun-Thur. You would have to contact them for more specific pricing. I don't know about the arcade. We didn't use that when we visited and their web site doesn't list anything specific. I would guess you load it with what you want, like many others.
I used Groupon
Not sure, have never had or attended a birthday party there but sounds like they allow it!☺
