Had my transmission and oil changed and the chassis lubed. There was a problem with my oil drain plug gasket. They showed me the problem and how they were going to address the issue to avoid future problems. They use top quality parts and are very professional. They have a nice waiting area, very good wifi, and a masked required policy which make me more comfortable being inside. 4 Stars for having to come back after oil change due to bad drain plug gasket, they should have caught this at the shop.

Make sure you bring a male with you …was told that I would be charged 330 dollars just to diagnose my car …I’m a female but I’m not a dumb one , and I’m sure if I had a man with me , they would not have said this ridiculous price …highway robbery !! No thank you

You can call during business hours for a quote. However, they do like to check the car to make sure that's the issue. I took my car in once because I thought my electrical system was shot; no radio, headlights, tail lights, dome, etc. I would've been an expensive fix, but they checked the car and it turns out if was just some fuses. Embarrassing for me that I didn't check the fuses first, but in the end they saved me a ton of money. Any other shop could've robbed me then and there. I've been here many times, if you want long term solutions with OEM parts, this is the place to go. Give them a call.

Jap Tech can repair and/or replace anything your cast needs. They are honest and upfront. I've been using them for over 20 years and wouldn't go anywhere else.
