Buyer beware. I ordered a product for post op, it’s been almost a month and I still haven’t even received it. I tried to cancel the order and they wouldn’t let me. I asked about return policy and they don’t offer refunds, only store credit. I’m already recovered. Would have been nice to have, but no longer need it.

It falls apart as soon as you wash it and you have to take it off to use the restroom. I tried to contact customer service via email per their voice mail and no one ever responded. Find another option

Very bad attention, aside from that as they did not have the size that would serve me, they sold me a larger one telling me that this was the recommended one, and immediately called the store and they told me there is no change, no refunds. Making a claim they change it and they took away my receipt very bad service from this store
