Nothing on the website or in maps tells you this branch is by appt only. They only except things printed in paper, so dont bring anything electronically. I was there by 7am and the line was already full, they don't open until 8am , many people were there at 4am . They dont take any more than what fits under the outside canopy for the whole day . Once in the building and being 3rd in line because of appt. It went really fast, but my issue was as simple as check , pay, and go . The staff were nice and pleasant

The pembroke branch is by appt only and if you are a "walk in" there is a long line that is filled by 7am and may not be finished until 5pm . If you are not under the canopy in the line they send you home. My suggestion use a Miami branch who read and speak spanish who just may be able to determine if it is false or not . Otherwise ask who or where they suggest will verify the paperwork's veracity
No Eduardo, you don't need an appointment! I only recommend that you attend early in the morning (type 6am) or earlier and you will get your paperwork done! If you arrive at 7 am and the queues are very long
