Excellent menu selection, always consistent high quality, and great service even during these trying COVID times. Thank you! Update 08/28/2022: So sad to report that things have deteriorated at Joe's, changing my initial 5 star rating down to 1 star. They had always been one of our go to Sunday night take outs. Yeah, prices have escalated - totally understandable in this day and age. No more parm. peppercorn dressing - slight hinderance. Ordered two of our favorites. Steak wrap was dry and uber salty, fries were cool even though I waited there for the order to be completed. Chef salad was a former shell of its previous self. Currently too many better choices in Torrington. Sadly, we will not be returning.

We eat out a lot and have found that mistakes happen in any restaurant. Even with simple orders. A typo when entering the order, mishearing an order on the phone, distractions by customers on a busy night. But I have found that if you nicely explain the problem, most places including Joe's will work hard to rectify the problem.
