If I could give these people a negative 100 I would. I was admitted into memorial Pembroke Pines for acute bronchitis on Sunday night they told me to follow up in 2 days with my PCP. I have Oscar Insurance EPO plan and must be assigned to a doctor to see them. I called Monday and right off the bat the lazy rude receptionist told me she needed to verify my insurance before giving me an appointment and that she would call me back. That's funny because today is Friday and I'm still waiting for that call. Even if I didn't have insurance I would of paid out of pocket to see this doctor. I'm livid for the lack of customer service, empathy and attitude given. I'm in the medical field also and if my front desk person treated someone like that they would be looking for another job fast...complete lack of courtesy. I'm a paying patient. I have insurance and still nothing. I am leaving them this review and contacting the Medical Board with a complaint. I am no longer interested in seeing these people. I have also reached out to my insurance company. Stay away. Way better doctor offices in the area.

Dr Higgins is a extraordinary and very attentive and caring physician.I get anxious everytime I go to the doctors but Dr. Higgins always put my mind at ease. He is easy to talk to and has great bedside manners. I would not go to any other doctor for my primary care visit unless it is Dr Higgins, thank you for being such a awesome doctor.
