Horrible experience. I need to call the number on the receipt and register my complaint. Staff was very unprofessional and non chalant about fixing/correcting the wrong order and had me pull up and wait over 10 minutes. I ended up getting back in the drive thru line and informed them at the window. They hadn't even bothered to correct the issue, they remade my food when I pulled up and informed them I had been waiting. Then the black heavy set chick laughed. I will NOT be going back to this location...EVER!!!

Fries are always cold. You can only order on the kiosk. And they r kinda rude. I'm from San Diego so all fast food is good there. The spicy chicken sandwich is awful there.

Worst McDonald’s! Poor service. No napkins and no ketchup In either kids meal. Hello! They are kids meals!!! Management is terrible staff is rude. If you hate your job so much, do us all a favor and quit! You suck!!!

$4 for a large fry, I want my fries full enough about to fall out the box and not just up to the lower front of the box. $4 fries should always be fresh. Don't go within the last hour before closing, because your food will likely have been sitting for awhile, stale, and cold. No hot and fresh during that time. Earlier within the day, they're on point and the food is proper.
