One of the managers argued with me and was very rude when I made a mistake using the wrong card on the app and when I went through the drive thru, the chip in my card was not working properly... So I cancelled the order and reordered the food through the app with the correct card... Well, he wanted to argue that I had not reordered anything when in fact I had and I gave the girl the new pick up code. I kept telling him what I had done and tried giving him the new code but he wanted to argue and insisted I was wrong. I had a coupon on my order that could only be used on a mobile order so yet again I had to reorder for a third time, holding up the line AT THE WINDOW not being able to use my coupon or rewards... I was getting frustrated. He cancelled the 2nd order as well which I don't know why but after all this, I missed out on my breakfast I wanted because 10:30am came and breakfast was over. So, I just wound up ordering for the 3rd time in the app and used curbside pick up instead of going through the drive thru again and deal with his negative attitude. I have never had someone argue with me and be that rude.... Need to teach some people customer service skills cause if they don't like it, they're in the wrong business. This is by far the WORST McDonald's I have ever been to. Trash everywhere..... Nasty attitudes from the employees, especially the MANAGERS! VERY AND I MEAN VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND LACK OF CARE FOR THE PROPERTY, CUSTOMERS AND FOOD.

Getting the food was no problem, I like the fact that there was a walk-up door to order from. The service was nice too.

I just went through the drive thru about 20 minutes ago, and I was shocked by what I encountered! First my drink was thrust into my hand no hi, no words at all. The MANAGERS were talking amongst themselves with the window open and her is what I heard... "I'm sick of being these customer's parent. Cooking for them, serving them, and feeding them... May as well call me Big Daddy D!" Wow... They think so little of those of us who are the ONLY reason they have a job!

I probably never leave reviews unless it’s a great restaurant but I’m lost for words every time I’m here. I came here every Tuesday & Thursday around 6pm for kids meals and let me just say this is probably one of THE worst fast food restaurant/McDonald’s I have ever been to. They have the worst possible customer service you can find pretty much anywhere. You feel like your at a constant battle with them for the things you’ve paid for and the entire time your getting hassled with attitude. Never again.

That's a good age to start building her resume with volunteering. I did at the children's museum on 7th & Wabasha downtown, I'm sure she'll love it as much as I did!!! (WHOA 16 yrs. ago, so am I old OR just getting older??)
I would call and ask for it.
The fact that they are busy does not mean that they have to be rude, despots and thieves, we also ask for our order well and ask that nor repeat the order and not iso so do not justify the ineffectiveness in which you approve them with that show what they are
McDonald's is always hiring
Well considering 1 in 8 Americans well or have worked at a McDonald's and our overall education rate... I think the math seeks for itself. Plus the intercom systems tend not to be top of the line.
