The cashier doesn't accurately take orders and then is rude when you correct her. Absolutely no smiling or concern to get anything right. The customers after me had a hard time with her too! I said I wanted a kids meal 4 piece chicken nuggets and then she rang it up and then excused herself to go say something to somebody and came back and then I asked her if the kids meal came with a drink and then she asked me if I wanted a kids meal. I thought I had just ordered that! Turns out she had originally thought I was just ordering a side of 4 chicken nuggets. When I came back up with the receipt to correct her she had an attitude with me.

I discovered the apple pecan salad and have been an ardent fan since January 2022. I do not usually do fast food but this salad is perfection to me. I must also give credit to the wonderful tiny Latina woman at the take-out window. I only go through the drive-through so I have seen her multiple times. She is always smiling, welcoming, and polite. She recognizes me now and I have to say her smile and demeanor make my whole day better. I wish I could tip her but all I know to do is tell the world how much she adds to the public image of Wendy's on Suburban. Thank you, sweet woman, thank you.

The service was extremely poor and the staff in general were impolite and unprofessional. When I arrived, there was a couple waiting for someone to acknowledge them and take their order. When I walked up to the pickup area, I politely told them that the couple had been waiting for acknowledgement to place an order. The apparent manager mumbled, we are busy 🥺. The couple grew ever more frustrated and then proceeded to advise the staff how frustrated they were, without receiving a response, they left and headed to McDonald's just across the parking lot. I apologized for their lack of professionalism and obvious lack of customer service. After that, I proceeded to inquire about my door dash orders. Neither the manager nor her staff could give me an accurate time of when my orders would be ready or even if they had been prepared. It appeared to me that their was an incredible lack of organization and staff willing to accept responsibility. It is this experienced google maps reviewers opinion that if there is another Wendy's or restaurant to choose, do it. I would not recommend this particular Wendy's to anyone if it can be helped.

Love this location! The staff are always smiley and helpful, and my food is always hot and fresh and accurate to my order. This breakfast Croissant I got this morning is amazing. I did the sausage egg and added bacon 😋

To find out if delivery is available near you, go to our app or order.wendys.com. and enter your delivery address into the “Get It Delivered” Search Delivery Address field.
I suggest a great way to improve the consistency of what you order is to tell the store manager in person that you've had repeated orders served incorrectly. Usually they will attempt to correct the mistake, and if it is as often as you say it is, they should also have a store meeting on making sure this order is done correctly. Communicating to the SOURCE is the only way anything will actually change.
You must be at least 16 years old to work at Wendy's.
They do have the Coca-Cola freestyle machine and should indeed have the Rick & Morty nectar.
When I visited, you could go inside, masked, and order to go at the counter. Drive through was available, also. Their food is consistently decent.
