This place is dirty managed by a careless..." manager" . Bathrooms are locked under a " dirty tagged key what you have to pick up from front desk. We stay 3 people in line. 1 customer left because can't wait any longer. Reported to manager...U just lost 1 customer because of your controlling policy. - I don't care...!!! Really...you should. No wonder why your restaurant is empty @ 12:15 06/20/2022 when is lunch time. Because you don't care...shame

Won't break change for $50 when they clearly had it said they didn't because of shift change.Nasty mozzarella sticks.

I was in the area and really wanted Arby's. Miss the hashbrowns, but curly fries are the best. Had to wait for my food to be cooked fresh, but everything was still very good when I got home.

I prefer this Arby's more than any other in the St Paul & Mpls area because they serve food hot & fresh & are willing to fix your order if it's wrong. They could improve on customer service though a little better. The prices are a little high & they don't have as many deals like they used to. They also got rid of the dollar menu which I absolutely hate. You guys should put it back on the menu again. It would save us alot of money.
