No. The gates are locked at 10 PM and don't reopen until 5 AM the next morning
At dark Idk the age at which you pay. Pretty much after 3 or 4 its free

Was there 4th July weekend. $3 per person anyone over 13. Went back on Monday late afternoon,no charge. There are some BBQ stands at some of the picnic table.
Fishing license can also be bought at most small gas stations. Like 100/22
