My friends booked 3 of the VR sets for an hour for a bachelor party. We purchased the VR sets with 3 separate group ons. Even though we called ahead to confirm that it was okay, they wouldn't let us play because we "walked in at the same time." This place is complete trash and most of their games aren't even multiplayer. Would never recommend any group looking to have any fun to go together here. Because I cannot reply to the reply by the owner I will write my response here. We called ahead prior to buying the groupons even and an employee at your store said that it wouldn't be an issue and even helped us place all of our times on the same 6:30 time slot. The business was well aware of our plans and didn't tell us we couldn't play together until we arrived. Also maybe you should think of making the fine print a little bigger as I've read at least 10 other reviews saying this same thing. Just seems like a massive marketing flaw. Also, you lost over 100 dollars because you wouldn't follow through with what you employee had said, not good business opportunity cost in my mind. As for the multiplayer games, your employee was very clear that you had limited selection and that most of them were "cheesy and childish." He continued to say that there was only 1 really fun multiplayer game that we could play and that the center was having issues with the multiplayer feature of the game. Maybe get your facts right before being a condescending owner on google reviews.

Dude behind the counter was horrible and rude. Acted like he didn’t want us there. They required us to pay more since we were one party that met there. They didn’t care to change to get some business for 6 guys. Horrible place and horrible workers.

I ordered the Groupon for my group and my friend ordered one as well. I called in to make sure we could use all 3 stations in the store and the girl on the phone said we could. When we showed up the guy working told us we couldn’t and we’d have to pay extra. He was extremely rude so we left. This place is poorly run.

Give them a call they are helpful, i cant remember but they are fair
they don't sell games. you can pay to play games here. There is no FIFA.
