First I want to say I am not the type to get on and write reviews for any company or product. I came upon Badlands when looking for a new camo line a few months ago. I started with a pack and then bought some clothing. I have nothing but positive things to say about the fear, clothing, and company. Their lifetime warranty is absolutely amazing and they honor it to the “T.” No other company comes close in comparison. Their customer service is top notch. I have spoken with reps a few times and 1- they work for the company and speak English, 2- they are very responsive and do everything they can to help. I have been very impressed with Badlands overall. Very few companies (can count on 1 hand) have earned my loyalty because of their products and customer service, and Badlands has made the list. I will be a lifetime customer.

An honourable company that keeps their word and provides great service. Even over here in Australia I received great service, again, from Badlands. A clip on my Diablo backpack broke, I contacted Badlands and it was a “no worries, we’ll send you a replacement” response. The clips arrived today. Perfect fit as expected.
