Great customer service! Santiago was friendly and kind. I had previously visited the UPS store on 136 Street and their customer service was horrible and the staff was unwilling to help me. I looked for another location and I walked into this UPS store. Right away Santiago knew how to help me and I was in and out in 5 minutes.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER'S SERVICE!!! Use another location!!!!! I arrived 7 minutes before closing to send a box but the Manager of the store Santiago Espinal had decided to close the register earlier for his convenience. They refused to take my package and the kid at the register said "people don't come to drop off packages right before closing, so you'll have to come back", yet they took some other 3-4 customers after me minutes before closing. I guess they were not as late to their perception as the closed register wasn't an issue in the service they needed.

If the stars did not exist, I would not give it one because the service and the attitude of the staff is terrible.

My choice is 0 Stars but, the system won't let me continue. I Dropped off a package on June 17, 2022. The package did not leave the establishment until June 24, 2022. EEEEEEEEXXXXXXXTREMELY POOR SERVICE
