I wish zero stars was an option. Absolutely worst experience ever at a McDonald's. No one came to help the outside lanes and a couple of times I tried to say excuse me and see what was happening and got a lot of attitude and was told that there are two separate people and still no one came. I watched three cars be served on the inner lane so I just pulled up to the window to do my order. Ran into a young man there who was extraordinarily rude and said I would have to go around again if I wanted to do my order. I asked for a manager and I will admit that my voice was raised by that point and he said I was yelling at him and he didn't have to deal with this and he didn't care what I wanted and he slammed the window. I waited to get up to the next window to speak with the manager because someone had to be aware of this and the young man followed her up tried to talk over me. She couldn't get him to shut up and people started to beep the horn behind me because everybody's frustrated at this point. I would just never go there ever again if I were you.

Waited over thirty minutes in the drive-thru and had only four cars in front of me. Drive-thru attendant wouldn’t take orders in a timely manner to move the line along. I witnessed at least two customers sit for over 10 minutes just to place their orders. Many customers left because of the long wait.
