Horrible Seller! If you ever buy from here, here's my warning. I went to 5 different jewelers and was told my ring I purchased here, was not 14k gold. Then I decided to go to an appraiser (I included pictures of the paperwork of certification) of proof that it is only 10k gold, but also 1.25 ctw instead of the claimed 1.77 ctw on the sellers description; on top of the diamonds that were claimed to be SI1-SI2, but they turned out to be a horrible quality of I1-I2 at best. The ring was appraised for $150 used, because it is used. I paid $725 plus the cost of the appraisal for another $125 on top of the ring. The seller lied multiple times, and is claiming quality jewelry. The 5 star reviews, compared to the proof I provided... you be the judge. Received an item that was listed and described as 18K, but hallmark is 14K. Stones listed as 8 carats of Tanzanite, but in fact there is closer to 6 carats of tanzanite (GIA gemologist confirmed). Tanzanite was abraded and not disclosed. I hate leaving this review, as I wanted to keep these earrings. I asked for the difference in the weight of the gold and was rejected. Horrible service and experience. AVOID at all costs. Totally untrustworthy. Returned, would never do business again.

I bought a ruby and diamond ring from this seller. In the first week one of the diamonds fell out so I called and returned ring to seller and he replaced it fine. Two weeks later another diamond fell out again called ebay and rep told me they were gonna contact seller to see what could be done. I never received phone call from seller or ebay, I now have another diamond that fell out so thats 2 now missing from ring! I have purchased from this seller in past and will never buy again from them. I have another ring I bought from this seller which they dipped in white gold, the yellow gold is starting to show now. Very disappointed!
