Matt Anderson at the Fishers Indiana store where we purchased our van was extremely professional and was very knowledgable about the vehicles he showed us. Staff was very helpful except one thing, one very critical piece of information was left out of buyer package, which made it difficult to get license plates right away. But with assistance from two additional office staff, we were able to finally get the plates.
