Ian was so accommodating. I had an emergency situation for a visiting brother. I called Saturday am for a lift chair for Monday. Ian had a chair at my home before 8:00 am on Monday. When it was time for pick up , because of my brothers health it was necessary to change my pick up twice. When I called to change time I was in such distress, and Ian said they got this ( I had enough on my mind). What a kind person. I would highly recommend this business. We need more compassion in this world!
