In total, I spent 3 hours & 50min here. There are 2 lines outside - one for people with an appointment, the other for walk ins. I waited in the walk in line for 2.5 hrs. Because of covid, at least half of the inside seats are blocked from use. Once I got in, I waited about 1 hr to be seen. Then I was with the rep for 10-15 min (name change). I took one star off because I had to wait outside for a while (That's my biggest complaint). It's probably best to arrive when they open at 9am.

I took an appointment by the phone. When I arrived, the security agent was very strict while showing compassion to an elderly disabled person. I anticipated it would be a difficult process, but everything went smoothly and fast. I am grateful for the services provided at this facility, specially the agent at the front door.

No you need appointment
First, you need the extra time to dial one hundred times the 1800 number for your local office. I dialed the number repeatedly until the automatic system answered and had me on hold for another 15 minutes until a person finally answered. Then, the process of scheduling an appointment was smooth. You need a few days of patience. Trust me!!!
