Aerotek found us a mechanic, we eventually bought out his contract from aerotek and made him full-time. Problem is, aerotek keeps trying to recruit him away from us now. What kind of recruiting agency gets you an employee, then immediately and constantly tries to steal them away. Employers beware of the snakes out there.

The recruiter that I had was very unprofessional. He was over a half hour late for our scheduled meeting then very rude after. I have used Aerotek many times in the past in PA and MI, and the recruiters were helpful and professional.
