First, I rented a unit for 5/31, the system gave me that my unit will be ready on 6/1, which was impractical for me. The manager over there was understanding and fixed it. But, I canceled my reservation after 2 hours for specific reasons, and the manager told me your full amount will be refunded. I realized after that the amount wasn’t fully refunded, so I called, and the manager confirmed once again by stating the total amount that would be refunded. The second day I called again because nothing was changed, and the same person apologized to me by saying that he didn’t know there was a deductible! They might be right to do this, but I don’t think I am the first person to rent over there! So they should be clear and knowledgeable with their customers from the beginning…

Easy rental process, facility is secure, clean and easy to access using the ramps or stairs. Lighting throughout facility .

I’m not sure who I just spoke to , but he was very rude and seemed annoyed. I received a missed call and voicemail from the office regarding my account. As soon as I retrieved the voice mail ( not even 20 mins later ) I called back. No one was available to pick up the first time which is perfectly fine. But i called back an additional 3 times since my lunch break is very limited and wanted to get through to someone. When I got a call back a few mins later they asked if I had an emergency because they received a few calls from my number . I said no. ( why would I call you guys for an emergency first of all , and second of all , what’s the issue that I called a few times ? Again I called a few times, yes , but what is wrong with that ? I wanted to square away the issue with my account and wanted to get through to someone before I got back to work ) From there he seemed super annoyed and was really rude and seemed to have an attitude. Not personable at all. I will be retrieving my things and no longer need your services .
