Nice location near gas stations. Easy 84 off and back on. Plenty of parking for cars as well as trucks (they have a back lot). Service was great. Bathroom was decent. Didn't get any warm water when hand washing.

To the guy that made my coffee today you made it totally wrong you were in a rush to get back to whatever you were doing didn’t even say have a nice day you need to learn some manners and learn how to make a frozen coffee with mocha in it because yesterday I went there and the girl that had a whole bunch of tattoos that made my drink she made it amazing she needs to be training people she is super nice and she made me laugh

I get the standard dunkin donuts experience when I go there. The folks are nice and the place is clean. Update, 1/16/22: they have updated the interior and added a drive through. Inside is much less congested and service is very quick. Wireless charging at some tables is available and appreciated. Staff is friendly despite being VERY busy serving inside and drive through customers.
