I've been doing business with Rockville for 25 years or so. Back in 2007 they sold me a Tanaka Grass Trimmer; Tanaka was going to be the brand that they were switching to from Huskavarna. Cool. The grass trimmer works well, life is good. Then, Tanaka went out of business. Tanaka parts are no longer availanble. So it was with great trepidation that I brought my trimmer in there when it wouldn't start this Saturday morning. They looked, warned me that it may come to a bad ending... But took the trimmer in the back, changed the spark plug and all is well; Five dollars and change and I was out the door within ten minutes. Now that's great service.
