I was recently seen at this Ready Med. My symptoms were not taken serious. The attending nurse practitioner Anh Le To Kuettner and her med tech Danielle C were extremely rude and condescending my entire visit. Anh Le dismissed my feelings of feeling ill and refused to treat my symptoms. I was in the room for no more than five minutes before Anh Le started printing off discharge paper work. I pushed back asking how am I being discharged and dismissed then later accused pill seeking. I did not come into Ready Med for pain pills I came in for a sore throat and nausea that had been getting worse over the past four days. It's disgusting that as a black person I have to deal with racism when seeking medical attention. I highly doubt Anh Le and her staff would have made that type of comment if I wasn't black. I filed a complaint with Reliant and was promised a follow up that never happened. I did go to another local emergency room that same evening and I was given medication for nausea and given an IV because I was dehydrated from not eating or drinking in a few days. I also had an ear infection that was discovered two day later.

We visited the Hudson Ma location on Friday June 10th at 2 pm. My 6 year old son had symptoms of an ear infection and was in a lot of pain. The wait was so long because there was only one provider on that afternoon but we understood completely. Their bright, beautiful waiting room was very comfortable to sit in and they had a nice kids area where PBS was on tv (a lifesaver!) Janice did our intake and she was so great, she also brought us into the room and did my sons vitals. She was very pleasant and kind. After a bit more of a wait we saw NP Rachel Berkowitz who was amazing. I loved her from the second she came smiling into the room. She was wonderful with my son, took the time to listen and looked very carefully at his information to properly diagnose and treat him. We had a really fantastic experience start to finish, even with a wait (which was understandable.) Today, my son is night and day SO much better. No pain in his ear thanks to this antibiotic she prescribed. He had a rough few days before being seen and so I am incredibly thankful to her for giving me my happy little guy back! Thank you ReadyMED, it is always a great experience when we have to come in.

I am just going to say that I would have rated this visit with 5 stars, but the intake nurse Rosemarie ruined it. I was seen in this location on October 19, 2021 and was treated very poorly by the intake nurse Rosemarie. I went into the Urgent Care with one issue and she got upset with me when I told her that the issue on my mychart, which she brought up, was not the one my doctor told me to go to Urgent Care for. After dealing with her non-bedside manner self I was taken into the back. The nurse who came to get me and the doctor were excellent. I have been seen at this Urgent Care location multiple times and have NEVER experienced anyone like Rosemarie. I usually have great service all around, but when you felt as bad as I did that afternoon you DO NOT treat the patient poorly.
