Staff is not helpful and just rude. Well, some staff. There is 1 lady worker at the desk who is very helpful, kind, and personable, but gets the job done in a timely fashion for people. Other workers, take note and don't hate on her.

Isn’t the whole point of USPS to send and receive packages? Workers seemed illiterate when I politely came to pick up my package. No one is on the same page.

I have the green card for the return receipt, however, I see they now have their own tracking numbers.

I live off Railroad highway and they are working on the road, has mail delivery been stopped...I haven't gotten mail in several days and that is weird because I get mail everyday.

Since the new post office opened, the zip has changed. Will this delay our P O box mail if a bill was mailed to the 51502 instead of 51503? Do we need to do address changes for all of our incoming mail?

There should be no delay in the mail since all three zips (51501,51502, and 51503) are all sorted out of the same building. I would try to change in coming zip for accuracy though.
