I just moved to new apartment and did a change of address last week. How do I get the stupid carrier to quit putting a vacant card in my mailbox after I keep taking them out??????

Maybe by not calling them stupid?

Fill the form out with your name. The carrier is wanting to know who or when soneone moved in.

Well just think, if you keep putting a vacant card and somebody keeps taking it out, something is probably up. So if you check the system instead of just assuming its vacant, I'd imagine the address change should be in there, especially when its been almost a full week since change of address was made effective. Now do I have to put the meaning of "effective" on here next??? Just wondering...
