I retained Kristina to file my Bankruptcy and she made the entire process seem effortless. She was readily available for all my questions and walked me through the entire process to ensure there were no surprises and I felt confident from start to finish. I was devastated that I had to take this route and Kristina was so kind and reassured me that this was the best decision for my situation. Thank you for all your help, Kristina!

Questions & Answers

What would it cost to do bankrutpcy in Iowa

It all depends on the type of bankruptcy that you file as well as the particular circumstances of your case. I advise all potential new clients to schedule an initial consultation with me at the office (there is no charge for this meeting) to discuss their current situation and determine the options that are available to them. If bankruptcy is an option, we will assess the chapter which best suits their needs and I will be able to give them an estimated cost at that time. Thank you for your question!

Can I file bankruptcy with the IRS, or because of my taxes I owe?

Yes you can, whether you can file Chapter 7 or 13 depends on if your tax return was filed on time & a few other stipulations. Yes though, Federal & state taxes can be included. Kristina is a VERY good attorney & doesn't make you feel any less of a person for filing either. Good Luck!
