Room was great, so was the gentleman and woman who worked the front desk, but the lady they send to let you know it's time to check out or they have to charge you is really quite rude, she let us know that we had approached the time we needed to checkout then within 5 minutes of us packing and leaving she starts threatening us so other than that lady great stay

The rooms were nice for the most part. They just have to understand when doing a renovation, switch out the toilets too. Room was clean and nice and the toilet was horrible! Doesn't match! Otherwise, very pleasant stay. Would stay there again IF in that area again.

As always Hampton keep a nice clean hotel. Found the staff to be nice and polite. The room was clean and well presented, everything was in the room. We found the bath to be a little unsteady when standing in it for a shower. Breakfast was your standard hotel breakfast. This Hotel is about 10 minutes from some nice free places to watch Rocket launches from the space centre. “Kennedy Space Point Park”

Property was fine, staffs general attitude was not hilton standards in my opinion. I stayed on points so I tolerated the bad attitudes as it cost me nothing
