Today is July 25 2022. I was leaving good thymes Cafe on Washington St. I witnessed an offer speeding to the stop sign of the street that runs across Washington beside Brooklyn grill . He does not come to a complete stop. I then pace him doing 65 plus in a 40 mph zone and I pull up beside him after he pulled into the subway up the street and asked if there was an emergency. He said no. Then why are you speeding and running stop.signs. I didn't He say what's you name and badge number. If you like it sir you can file a complaint im officer mark no badge number was given and into subway he went. His complete disregard for the people was sickening. Hire and train better Titusville pd.

They sure do seem to turn on their own pretty quickly. What a wuss of a police chief not standing behind an officer who shot someone 1. Not obeying the law 2. Running from an officer 3. Reaching in his pockets. This db chief apparently cares more about the criminal being safe than his officers. Who in the hell would want to continue working for this dept?

I had an occasion to meet about 8 officers. While I felt the stop was unwarranted, they handled it professionally and were as courteous as possible. The matter was resolved and I went on my way. They seemed like good guys who were trying to do a difficult job as best they could. My thanks to them.
