60 year old complex, you’ll never lack for cockroaches.

They are pouring money into these buildings to keep up on the maintenance. It's also much safer than the other apartments for rent in the area.

Management is a joke, maintenance is no better. I’m being evicted after I had to deal with water damage, Worms, roaches, Mold and BED BUGS!! The apartments are INFESTED with Bed Bugs AND Roaches. I brought all these issues to management attention and I was blamed for them. I paid a $750 pest control bill to treat for the Bed Bugs and they were back a few weeks later when my apartment was ripped up a 2nd time for a 2nd water leak I had informed them about Months before hand. My kitchen has 2 different kind of cabinets because that’s how they chose to deal with the water damaged ones. I have an Air purifier running 24/7 because my kids have been constantly sick since moving here from the mold they refuse to remove or correct. They come into your apartment when ever they please without notifying you and take it upon the Mayo remove anything you have outside that doesn’t suit them. Mine and my childrens belongings were unlawfully removed from my apartment and thrown in the dumpster. I’m not the only current resident that they’ve done this too. They refuse now to even give me a good rental history!! Run away from the Village…

Roach and rat infested. No 24 hour maintenance. Pictures on website fake. Sewage and electrical issues. The entire complexes feces back logs into tubs and sinks. You can be taking a shower and the water will stop. The structures of the building is falling apart. I don't understand how this place hasn't been condemned. Management company might as well be labeled as slum lords. You'll move into a damaged apartment and they'll keep your deposit for existing damages prior to moving in. Residents on the covid rental program had to deal with eviction proceedings that never went through but now they can't find new housing due to this property company filing false proceedings.
