This is a terrible place to live the new management company is just constantly messing with you inspecting you and threatening you with evictions and fines if you don't do exactly what they say appliances are cheap air conditioners are inefficient not a good neighborhood

I've been living here 10 years -- the longest I've ever lived in any one place. We now have a bus stop (Rte #10) and another one a half mile away (Rte #2.) Rents are not overpriced. The only drawbacks are that 1-bdrm apts do no have dishwashers, and there is not a pool. Also, the walls are very thin - no cinder block walls here. Individual patios and yards are big plus.

As requested as an update... Each apt has its own private fenced-in patio and small yard/garden. This is such a PLUS that sets this complex aside from others. Also, I've NEVER seen a bug in my apt, or in ANY apt in this bldg, and the complex provides extermination monthly to keep it that way. Each building has only 8 apts and is surrounded by mature trees, foliage, and landscaping. Most buildings never hear any street noise or traffic. Very quiet. Two convenience stores are within walking distance as are 2 Bus routes. - - I'm here 10 years now. Enough said! I highly recommend it. No dishwashers in the 1 bdrm apts.
